Each floor is a separate rental The first and second floors each have two bedrooms, a full kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning and hot water add to the ambiance. Gringo's Casa del Mar is a neat and comfortable houes. It is the bargain on the beach with price ranging from $50 to $65. Gringo's features three Beachfornt apartments: two comfortable downstairs apartments, one large upstairs apartment and a little bungalow tucked off to the side, but right on the beach. Both downstairs units have great access to the beach. The apartments feature two double beds, ceiling fans keep the rooms cool. The have a kitchenette with fridge, stove, sink, pots and pans, utensils and drinking water. Each has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. They share a front porch with tables, hammocks and a great view. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand and saltwater.
The upstairs is an ample apartment with three beds and a kitchenette. A counter divides the kitchen from the sleeping/living area. The bathroom is in back. This is an ideal room for an extended stay. A great view out the window. A small porch is at the top of the stairs with a table and chairs. Ceiling fans keep the room cool aided by the breeze. The Bungalow offers budget accomodations right on the beach. The bungalow features a large single room with small a kitchen. Right on the beach, it has a shady porch right out front with a great view of the wave. For long term stays Gringo's Bungalow is a great option. These are great prices for beachfront lodging. Villas Jacqueline features AC, hotwater, a full kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms each with a total of four queen beds. These are houses on the beach for you and your friends. The third villa is set back from the beach but has an upstairs bedroom with a great ocean view and secluded atmosphere. Ample parking, a nice garden and only a few steps out your door to the beach and surfing.
